Pretty Girly Designs aims to make product discovery usable across keyboards, touch devices, screen sizes and assistive technologies.
Review status
The latest site-level automated and source review was performed September 1, 2026. It included production rendering, semantic landmarks, keyboard-oriented controls, image alternative text, responsive layout rules and reduced-motion behavior. This is an implementation target, not a claim that every possible assistive-technology combination has been certified.
Known limitations
Some third-party product images contain decorative or invitation text that cannot be fully reproduced in alternative text, and the accessibility of the external Zazzle personalization experience is controlled by Zazzle.
Assistance route
The Order Help and Support page explains which service handles each request. A dedicated public owner contact method is not currently published; this is a known limitation. Zazzle support handles accessibility issues that occur after opening a Zazzle product page.
Response process
When an actionable site issue is reported through an available Pretty Girly Designs public channel, it should be reproduced, prioritized by impact and corrected without removing the underlying product destination.
